SPIKE and SERVE is a community volleyball project founded by Nicole Tiamzon. It is a series of one-day non-professional weekend volleyball leagues with separate divisions for men and women.

The SPIKE and SERVE project aims to create avenues for sports development, promoting healthy competition and enhancing community building in the grassroots level.
